When will I meet my walker?

We start with an initial phone call - every dog and family has unique needs, so we’ll take a moment to learn about yours. We’ll talk through your preferred walk times, how often you’d like visits, the toys and games your dog enjoys, and the equipment you like us to use. We’ll also make sure we know where everything is kept, like leashes and harnesses.

On your first walk you can meet your walker and introduce your dog comfortably at home. Our goal is simple: to give your dog a safe, happy, positive experience right from the start.

If your dog has any medical or health needs, we’ll review those together as well. We want every detail to be right, so you and your dog receive the best possible care from day one.
