Today, we had the honor of delivering our latest Treat to the shelter manager of the East Bay SPCA in Dublin. Asia Altier was thrilled with the donation and excited about Pupwalks' idea to revolutionize support for local dog rescues.
She gave Robin a tour of their state-of-the-art-facility and we learned a great deal about how this well-organized facility is operated. We were surprised to learn that the East Bay SPCA is the oldest animal welfare organization in the area (they began their work in 1874!) and they saves the lives of thousands of local pets each year. They provide veterinary services, an adoption center, training classes, humane education, and boarding facilities. A truly comprehensive effort to increase the quality of life for local pets!"
Our donation will help support incoming animals to the shelter who needs medical care, vaccinations, and good nutrition.
